I had no problem staying there when I arrive. My room was already given up. There was overbooked could not go to the pool because the pool was overcrowded. Every chance I got the car. The pool was overcrowded the last day before check out. That’s the only time I spend about 15 minutes at the pool and then the security or one of the staff members said that I had to get out the pool. But they had great restaurants across from the hotel we shopped till we drop at the outlets. We also took a drive at Walt Disney other than that the trip was good. I turned out good because we made it good.

Breakfast was amazing and the rooms were extremely comfortable. The young man that sold us the Disney Tickets was so helpful at the front desk. He went above customer service!! I appreciated the hospitality. My granddaughter loved the pool and chicken fingers with fries.

Really enjoyed our stay. My children loved the pool with the water slide. We also really enjoyed soaking in the hot tub.

The beautiful pool area,especially the big hot tub , the lobby was awesome , the patio area leading to the room with beautiful plants and the big cod fish was amazing.

The pool and dining areas are excellent. The lobby is clean and very well kept and the staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and cozy, the shower curtain could have been cleaner. The only downside was the entrance through the back parking lot could be better maintained as well as the walk way up to the building. The pond was dirty and smells and the door leading into the building was unlocked at all times when it should have been keyed entry only. I felt a little unsafe coming and going at night as the parking was not very well lit and seems to ve unmonitored.
